This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on safety qualified who enjoys being on site, building relationships and driving positive safety outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily site inspections and safety walksMonitor subcontractor compliance and site safety performanceFacilitate site inductions and onboardingReview SWMS and risk assessmentsLead toolbox talks and safety briefingsInvestigate incidents,
near misses and corrective actionsMaintain safety documentation and reportingSupport project audits and client safety requirementsManage safety records and compliance systemsCoach supervisors and subcontractors on safety best practicePromote a proactive and positive safety cultureAbout You3+ years' experience as a Safety Advisor within commercial, industrial or major construction projectsStrong knowledge of Victorian construction safety requirementsExperience working for a head contractor or major subcontractorConfident working in live construction environments with multiple tradesStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExperienced with digital safety management systemsPractical, solutions-focused and highly visible on site
