Job Description
Uniting AgeWell Hawthorn is seeking an Enrolled Nurse Leader for permanent part time afternoon shifts (Thu-Sat 14:*****:00), ***** hours per week, to support Registered Nurses and lead Personal Care Workers in delivering resident care with a focus on wellbeing.
You will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care, including dementia and palliative care support, and contribute to care planning, assessments and documentation.
Aged care experience is essential.
