Handler Property Group seeks an experienced facilities manager to support a portfolio of industrial assets in Greater Western Sydney.
You will drive operational performance, ensure compliance, manage contractor relationships and deliver high-quality service to clients.
Responsibilities include budgeting (Opex/Capex), preventative maintenance, energy-efficiency initiatives, and timely reporting.
Excellent communication and WHS knowledge are essential; travel and a trade or property qualification
