Westpac is seeking a Data and AI Practice - Community & Engagement Lead to build an inclusive, enterprise‐scale practitioner community, strengthen collaboration and qualified identity across Delivery Units, and shape Westpac's external reputation in data and AI.
You will design the community operating model, run flagship events, measure engagement, and partner with workforce teams to attract talent, while fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
