Job Description
Placed Recruitment seeks a dynamic BDM for a boutique hotel in NSW to drive commercial growth, focusing on corporate groups and overnight stays.
You will own the events strategy, host on-site and build relationships with local partners to fill midweek and weekend demand.
With autonomy from owners and a rapid-moving, privately owned property, you'll shape the scope of the role and the venue's commercial direction from day one.
