Salary of $115,000- $130,000 + superannuation.
Annual PD budget of $**** + 2 days study leave, and monthly team training with external sources.
Ongoing administrative support for contact, bookings, billing and administrative work.

Flexibility to work from home, clinics or at client homes.

Your role will include:
Lead a small multidisciplinary team of OTs, SPs etc.
Focus on PD, specialised training and assisting in new graduate training/education programs.
Collaborate with team leaders amongst the business to create a positive working workplace
Work with a diverse caseload of clients from community, clinic and NDIS clients aged between 3-65 (common conditions include ASD, intellectual and physical disabilities)
Role will be split between 3 days clinical and 2 days of management (caseload will be reduced due to increased leadership responsibilities).
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years postgraduate experience
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Drivers license and vehicle
Additional information
Competitive salary - $115,000 - $130,000 + superannuation + $5,000 PD
NDIS clients aged from 3-65 or have a caseload tailored to your area of interest
