Job Description
ANNEES® is seeking a Shop Manager to join our team at a brand new Townsville location. Shop Managers own the day-to-day operation of their venue, delivering ANNEES® standards across guest experience, team performance, product quality, and venue compliance.

This is a full time, salaried position reporting to the Regional Manager, with direct oversight of Shift Leaders and Team Members at the venue.

What You'll Do

Venue Performance
n
Manage venue operations to achieve budgets and KPIs, and deliver a guest-first experience
n
Communicate venue performance to the team, celebrating wins and addressing shortfalls
n
Team Leadership and Development
n
Deliver ANNEES® training and coach Shift Leaders and Team Members to support their growth
n
Coordinate hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and off-boarding with the Regional Manager
n
Venue Operations
n
Oversee product standards, rostering, timesheets, stock control, and daily reconciliation
n
Implement marketing campaigns and promotions, and manage guest experience complaints
n
Compliance and WHS
n
Ensure venue operations comply with ANNEES® policies and statutory WHS requirements

Champion the ANNEES® brand and culture through personal conduct and team leadership
n
What You'll Bring to the Role
n
Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role within café, hospitality, or retail
n
Demonstrated experience leading a team to deliver consistent guest experience and operational results
n
Comfortable managing venue budgets, rosters, and stock control, with a sound understanding of wages percentage, cost of goods sold, and how day-to-day decisions affect both
n
Willingness to undertake training as required for the role

Employment Conditions
n
Ordinary hours: must be flexible and willing to work across 7 days per week, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by venue trading hours
n
Probationary period: 6 months from commencement date
