Requirements
Matric, or equivalent qualification
Minimum 2 years e-commerce order and system administration experience
Proven experience resolving and escalating system discrepancies and issues
Logistics/freight experience, including couriers, warehouses and logistics portals
Excellent written English communication skills
Experience with product and catalogue data
Exceptional attention to detail
Solid understanding of technical and IT terminology
Highly technically minded with excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Google and Meta AI proficiency
Proactive, solutions-driven approach with strong follow-up skills
Duties
Manage, amend and cancel orders on the in-house system
Resolve issues relating to consignments, customer information,
surcharges and stock
Identify, investigate and report system faults and recurring issues
Escalate technical issues to developers with clear supporting information
Write detailed reports for the Customer Service team
Manage product and catalogue data, including pack sizes, units and variants
Update pricing across multiple storefronts and websites
Publish prepared content across multiple websites
Reconcile warehouse portal data with the in-house system
Ensure online stock and pricing remain accurate
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
