Downer is seeking a Methods & Optimisation Specialist to join our Rail and Transit Systems team at the Pakenham site.
The role focuses on developing and standardising maintenance methods across RTS fleets, translating requirements into operator-ready work instructions and ensuring safety, quality and productivity.
You will work with maintenance operations, engineering and planning to trial current tasks, measure performance and drive continuous improvement using CMMS/EAM systems such as SAP, Maximo
