Job Description
Beacon Lighting Ellenbrook in WA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager, lead a dynamic team, grow sales and create outstanding customer experiences.
This full time role even offers every second weekend off to help balance work and life.
You will coach and develop staff, drive retail and trade sales, maintain store presentation, and nurture strong customer relationships while supporting store operations and safety.
