As a Retail Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our store, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and maintaining our store environment to the highest standards.Key responsibilitiesAssist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their shopping experienceProcess customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systemsStock shelves and display areas with merchandise, ensuring products are attractively presented and clearly pricedMaintain store cleanliness, organization and safety standards throughout your shiftReceive and process incoming stock deliveries, checking goods against documentationHandle customer queries and complaints professionally, seeking to resolve issues to customer satisfactionSupport the retail team in achieving sales targets and promoting store initiativesComply with company policies, procedures and relevant retail legislationWhat we're looking forPrevious retail or customer service experience is preferred, though we welcome enthusiastic candidates willing to learnStrong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleaguesReliable and punctual,
