We're looking for people who enjoy looking after guests, take pride in good service and want to become part of a close-knit restaurant team.The RoleDepending on your experience and strengths, you'll work across waiting, hosting or bar, with opportunities to develop your skills across different areas of the restaurant.For our waitstaff, responsibilities include:Managing your own section and providing attentive, personable table serviceTaking food and beverage orders accurately and confidentlyRunning food and assisting the wider team throughout serviceLearning our menu and being able to confidently explain dishes and ingredientsDeveloping your wine knowledge and assisting guests with recommendationsReading tables and adapting your style of service to different guestsProcessing bills and paymentsResetting and maintaining tables and your section throughout serviceOur hosts are often the first and last point of contact for our guests, welcoming and seating diners, managing the flow of the restaurant and assisting the wider FOH team throughout service.Our bar staff are responsible for beverage service across the restaurant, including wine, bottled beer, spirits and a small cocktail list.These roles aren't necessarily fixed.
