Hubert Estate in the Yarra Valley is seeking Chefs (Commis, Demi, CDP, Sous Chef) to join Quarters Restaurant and Harriett event space. This full time role offers a path to advance in a vibrant, high-volume kitchen serving up-to-date Australian and European inspired dishes, including wood-fired pizzas.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years’ experience in quality dining, a trade certificate in Kitchen Management or similar, robust leadership, and a passion for quality ingredients.
