BaptistCare is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Support (CSS) staff member to be the first point of contact for our Support at home customers.
You will handle day-to-day customer account administration and liaise on care plans, processing progress notes, purchase orders and service requests.
The role requires robust phone-based customer service experience, with aged care exposure preferred.
Hybrid work from Bendigo Hub is offered, and salary packaging options are available.
