Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager - Trade to lead a high-performing team in a rapid-paced, customer-focused setting. You will shape the experience for commercial customers, drive growth and build capability while delivering daily results in-store.
Reporting to the store leadership team, you'll manage rostering, stock flow and end-to-end operations, partner with Trade Specialists, and foster solid customer partnerships. Weekend roster 1 in 3, and some public holiday work apply.
