West Moreton Hospital and Health Service invites applications for a role dedicated to leading the Eat Walk Engage initiative. You will provide high‐level clinical service delivery, project management and coordination, education and training, and broad stakeholder engagement to prevent delirium in older inpatients.
The permanent part‐time position is 32 hours per fortnight, with hourly rates ranging from $ to $ depending on qualifications and experience.
