Anglicare Sydney is seeking a dedicated Carer at Dudley Foord House, The Ponds to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
You will assist with daily tasks, support wellbeing, and promote independence while documenting residents' progress.
You will bring a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent, with at least 6 months' experience and an NDIS screening clearance, plus comfort with care management systems and digital records.
A caring, cooperative approach is essential.
