We're looking for an experienced
Quality & Testing Manager
to join a major, multi-year technology transformation program.
n
In this role, you'll take ownership of quality and testing across a complex ICT environment, working with project teams, technical specialists, vendors and senior stakeholders to ensure solutions are thoroughly tested, fit for purpose and ready for delivery.
n
You'll have the opportunity to lead testing teams, shape quality practices and drive continuous improvement across a large-scale transformation program.

Requirements What you'll do n
n
Lead and manage quality and testing services across a large technology program
n
Develop, review and oversee comprehensive test plans, test documentation, test cases and test outcomes
n
Lead testing resources to deliver high-quality testing outcomes
n
Work closely with Project Managers, program leads, vendors and stakeholders to prioritise testing activities and work packages
n
Identify, manage and resolve issues that may impact testing delivery, quality or timelines
n
Provide oversight of project-level testing resource planning and management
n
Drive continuous improvements in the speed, efficiency and coverage of testing activities
n
Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure appropriate quality, safety and risk considerations are incorporated into testing and implementation activities
n
Engage with senior stakeholders, business teams, technical teams and vendors
n




Ensure testing requirements and outcomes are clearly communicated to both technical and non-technical audiences
n
Support the delivery of testing strategies, automation and quality practices across a complex program
n
What you'll bring n
n
Demonstrated experience as a Test Manager or Senior Test Lead within a large ICT program
n
Proven experience leading one or more teams to deliver testing services in a complex program environment
n
Strong understanding of quality and testing management methodologies, techniques and frameworks
n
Extensive experience reviewing and validating test plans, scenarios, test cases and test scripts
n
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and associated project management methodologies
n
Experience with Test Management and Test Automation methods and tools
n
Robust leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
The ability to translate complex testing requirements into clear, practical language for technical and non-technical stakeholders
n
Strong written communication skills, including the ability to develop clear plans, reports and presentations
n
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Test Manager or Senior Test Lead role will be highly regarded
n
Experience within the health sector, large-scale transformation programs or complex enterprise environments will be highly regarded
n
Understanding of recognised quality management standards and frameworks will be advantageous
n
Experience with COTS-based solutions and SmartBear TestComplete will be advantageous
n
Relevant testing certifications such as ISTQB will be highly regarded
n
