CENTRE DIRECTOR - Lead with Purpose at Little Saints ELC

This is a full-time leadership opportunity for a dynamic people leader with a high-performing mindset. You will take the helm of our centre's operations—driving excellence in early childhood education while cultivating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for both children and staff.

As our Service Director, you will:

Lead with empathy and confidence, inspiring and empowering educators to thrive and grow professionally.
n
Drive excellence in daily operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across all aspects of the centre.
n
Champion a culture of care, curiosity, and collaboration, where children and educators alike feel valued and supported.
n
Oversee the full scope of centre operations, including recruitment, regulatory compliance, team development, and resource management.
n
Build and nurture meaningful relationships with families, staff, and the wider community—becoming a trusted and respected presence.
n
Create an inclusive, welcoming workplace through your strong interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring every child and family feels seen and supported.
n
Lead and develop a high-performing team,



fostering a positive and professional workplace culture that prioritises growth and well-being.
n
Maintain the highest standards of early childhood education, ensuring adherence to all relevant legislation and quality frameworks.
n

The successful applicant will have:
n
n
A completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards)
n
Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and current Working with Children check.
n
Strong communication and leadership skills
n
Ability to build positive relationships with Children, Families and Educators
n
Right to work in Australia.
n
