Job Description
Flanco are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor - Civil Construction to join our team for detailed earthworks and concrete builds on WA mine sites. FIFO from Perth WA is available, with projects ranging 3–6 months and crews of 5–30 people.

You will lead formwork, concreting and earthworks activities, ensuring safety, quality and budget adherence while supervising a multi-disciplinary workforce across diverse site teams, reporting to the Civil Construction Lead.
