HONE is a Melbourne-based, family-owned construction company specialising in architectural Passive House homes. We build a small number of projects each year, allowing us to maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail.

The Role
n
You'll play a key role on-site delivering high-quality architectural homes, working closely with our site teams to ensure every detail is executed to a high standard.
n
This is not a "just get it done" environment, we expect you to think, plan, and take ownership of your work.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n

Deliver high-quality carpentry on-site
n
Read and interpret detailed architectural drawings
n
Coordinate tasks and sequencing with the site team
n
Maintain strict quality control across all work
n
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
n
Mentor and guide apprentices where required
n
Identify issues early and drive practical solutions
n
Maintain clean, organised and efficient sites
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Qualified carpenter with 3+ years post-apprenticeship experience
n
Strong experience in architectural residential construction
n
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
n
Ability to work independently and take ownership
n
Reliable, professional and team-oriented
n
White Card, driver's licence, own tools and vehicle
n
n
Nice to have:

Experience with high-performance / Passive House construction
n
First Aid certification
n
n
