As Retail Manager/Assistant, you'll be responsible for overseeing the front-of-store operations and supporting the team to deliver an excellent customer experience. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading a team, creating a great customer experience and helping drive the day-to-day success of a brand new pharmacy in a growing area.

Key responsibilities
n
Leading, motivating and supporting the retail team
n
Maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation
n
Stock management, merchandising and inventory control
n
Driving sales and promotional activity
n
Ensuring Priceline brand standards are maintained
n
Working closely with the pharmacist and pharmacy team
n
Assisting with ordering,



stock control and general administration
n
About you
n
Previous retail management or supervisory experience (preferred but not essential)
n
Experience working in a pharmacy setting (preferred but not essential)
n
Knowledge of FRED Office (highly regarded but not essential)
n
Confident leading and developing a team
n
Strong organisational and communication skills
n
Genuine focus on customer service
n
Commercially minded and understands retail performance
n
Proactive, reliable and happy to be hands-on
n
Can work collaboratively with pharmacists, dispensary staff and the wider team
