Description

Reporting into the Accountant, the successful Accounts Receivable Officer will be responsible for:
n
n
Managing a high-volume customer ledger
n
Debt collection and aged debt management
n
Customer account reconciliations and query resolution
n
Processing and allocating customer payments
n
Building strong customer and stakeholder relationships
n
Assisting with month-end reporting and debtor analysis
n
Maintaining accurate customer records within the ERP system
n
Supporting wider finance activities and process improvements as required
n
n

Profile
n
A successful Accounts Receivable Officer should have:
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable or Credit Control role
n
Experience working within a high-volume commercial, FMCG, wholesale or distribution environment
n
Strong debt collection and account reconciliation skills
n
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
n
Experience using ERP systems, with JD Edwards highly regarded
n
Full working rights and the ability to work on-site in Glenroy during the onboarding period
n
