Job Description
Qualification in Architecture or a related design discipline.
n
3 - 5 years' experience as an Architectural Draftsperson, Architect, or Designer in WA building industry
n
Proficient in using BIM and AutoCAD
n
Solid technical drafting and 3D modelling skills
n
Ability to ensure all plans meet NCC, R-Codes, Shire policies, and developer guidelines
n
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret and translate complex design requirements
n
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly within a team
n
A Passion for Sustainable and Energy Efficiency in Buildings
n
A passion for design excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
n
Understands different types of Builds. NDIS and Duel-Keys.
