Job Description
Regis Resources Ltd invites applications for an experienced Process Shift Supervisor to join the Duketon operation in Western Australia. This site-based role operates on an 8:6 / 7:7 roster, day and night shifts, guiding processing crews toward protected, efficient production.

You will champion safety, optimize plant throughput, mentor technicians and liaise with leadership to deliver continuous improvement in metallurgical performance and cost control.
