Job Description
Australian Unity is hiring a Health Concierge - Customer Support to act as the first point of contact for customers navigating aged care services. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, resolve issues with empathy and accuracy, and document interactions in systems like Genesys, Salesforce and Lumary.

The role is full time with hybrid flexibility (3 days in office, 2 from home) after a 6-month probation.
