This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Program Coordinator to assist in the delivery of Homes Victoria's movable unit program.The Senior Program Coordinator is key to coordinating the day-to-day delivery of the movable units program.The role will require a energetic, versatile and experienced candidate with experience in coordinating works and processes including coordinating work allocation to staff/contractors/consultants, contract management, providing authoritative advice, and building robust stakeholder relationships to assist in successful delivery of the program.
Accountabilities Include
Coordinate the day to day activities of the team to ensure applications are assessed and actioned in a timely manner.




Manage the allocation of resources within and the outputs required of the work area to achieve service delivery goals and expectations
Maintain oversight of matching vacated units to approved applications, including communicating with stakeholders (internal & eternal) to facilitate this
