Coordinate production schedules with planning teams and manage production priorities

Manage production orders, reporting and master data within SAP

Lead daily production meetings and supervise workforce allocation

Ensure compliance with site safety, environmental and quality standards

Coordinate production trials, process improvements and change management activities
n
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain inventory accuracy
n
Manage production waste, investigate operational issues and support audits
n

A successful Site Supervisor should have:
n
n
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
n
Minimum 7 years' experience within a manufacturing environment
n
Proven experience leading production teams and driving output performance
n
Solid SAP production management experience
n
Sound knowledge of EHS, quality and operational compliance requirements
n
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
n
High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
n
