What You'll Do
n
You'll spend most of your time on customer sites across Melbourne, providing technical support, maintenance and project delivery for critical communication and security systems.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Preventative and corrective maintenance across healthcare sites.
n
Diagnosing and resolving faults across communication, security and nurse call systems.
n
Installing, configuring and commissioning new hardware and solutions.
n
Building trusted relationships with customers through reliable technical support.
n
Working with experienced technicians to deliver upgrades and new projects.
n
Participating in a paid after-hours support roster shared across the team.
n

Must-Have Skills
n
We're looking for someone who brings:

3 years or more in IT, networking, communications or electronic security
n
Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
n
A solid understanding of IP networking and communication technologies
n
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
n
n
Experience with one or more of the following technologies:

Integriti
n
Hikvision
n
n
Highly regarded
n
Experience with nurse call systems or healthcare technologies will be highly regarded but not essential.
