Annual salary is $62,501 + 12% super

About the role:
n
If successful, you will provide effective and quality customerservice and administration support to internal stakeholders andcurrent and prospective clients.
n
To be considered for this role, you will be able todemonstrate the following key selection criteria:
n
n
Minimum of Certificate III in Business Administration orsimilar field; and/or At least 3 years' experience in anadministration role.
n
Proven experience in the provision of
administrativesupport
in a funded/contracted setting, including the abilityto communicate with a range of people (for example, CALDcommunities and difficult clients)
n
Demonstrated knowledge of various administrative functionsin Education programs including SEE, Skills First, AMEP andACFE
n
High level IT skills including use of online platforms inregistering and enrolling Education clients
n
Proficient in STRATA, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointand Teams
n
Demonstrated experience and ability in using onlineplatforms to support clients and client data reporting
n
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, problem solve andtake the extra mile to engage clients
n
Experience working with client management systems (STRATA)and/or government reporting systems (ARMS, VET Online, SVTS,inputting and extracting data
n
Possess strong organisational and time managementskills
n
Exposure to financial processes, payments and/or petty cashmanagement
n
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively aspart of a team in a busy setting
n
Excellent spoken and written communication and presentationskills
n
n
