Watsons Chemists Flagstone is transitioning to the Discount Drug Stores (DDS) brand in October, including a new store fit out. As part of this exciting change, we are seeking an enthusiastic Pharmacy Assistant to join our Flagstone team on either a full time or part time basis.
n
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent customer service and would like to be part of a community-focused pharmacy as we move into our new DDS chapter.

Our Pharmacy Assistants
n
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be an important first point of contact for our customers and help create a welcoming, professional pharmacy experience.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing friendly and attentive customer service
n
Assisting customers with pharmacy and retail products
n
Providing appropriate over-the-counter product advice within your training and scope
n
Processing sales and maintaining accurate transactions
n
Replenishing stock and maintaining attractive product displays
n
Supporting the wider pharmacy team with day-to-day store activities
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
We are looking for someone who:
n
n
Has strong customer service and communication skills
n
Is reliable, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team
n
Has excellent attention to detail
n
Can confidently manage a varied workload in a busy retail environment
n
Takes pride in maintaining a welcoming and well-presented pharmacy
n
n
Previous community pharmacy or pharmacy retail experience will be highly regarded.
n
