About the role
n
We are seeking a Junior Accounts to join us on a fulltime basis at our Fairfield NSW office.
n
As a Junior Accounts Administrator, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely financial records,
n
supporting the finance team with day-to-day accounting functions, and contributing to the smooth running of our
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
Supplier invoice data entry and matching invoices with supporting documents
n
Process customer payments, including cash and credit card payment
n
Bank statement and accounts reconciliation
n
Following up outstanding customer accounts
n




Assist with new employee onboarding and fortnightly payroll preparation
n
Filing and organising financial records in accordance with company procedures
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Xero accounting software packages
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
n
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and external contacts
n
Reliable, punctual and dedicated approach to work
n
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
n
Previous experience in accounts administration or a similar finance role (preferred)
n
