Dental Receptionist

At Dunstan Dental we're looking for a friendly, proactive receptionist who takes pride in looking after people and getting the details right.

We're a family-owned practice where relationships matter. You'll be an important part of our team, helping patients feel comfortable and supported while working closely with our dentists and dental assistants.

Regular weekday hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm.

Accuracy and follow-through. From patient records and enquiries to payments and end-of-day reconciliation, you take care with the details and finish what you start.

Your day will include welcoming patients, handling phone and email enquiries, coordinating appointments, supporting treatment follow-ups and keeping our front office organised.
