About the Role
n
As a Qualified Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and producing a range of fresh bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency and food safety.
n
Your duties will include:
n
n
Preparing and mixing doughs and batters
n
Producing breads, rolls, pastries and other bakery products
n
Measuring and preparing ingredients accurately
n
Operating and monitoring bakery equipment
n
Following recipes and production requirements
n
Ensuring products are baked to a high standard
n
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
n
Following food safety and workplace health and safety procedures
n
Assisting with daily bakery production
n
Working effectively as part of a team
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who:

Has commercial baking experience
n
Has strong knowledge of baking techniques and processes
n
Takes pride in producing quality products
n
Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
n
Can comfortably work early morning shifts
n
Works well independently and as part of a team
n
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
n
Understands food safety and hygiene requirements
n
