Technology & AI Trainer

We're working with a leading Australian professional services organisation that is investing heavily in technology and AI. They are looking for Technology & AI Trainers to help staff get the most out of new and existing systems.
n
The role
n
You'll be responsible for delivering practical technology training and supporting users across the business. This will include:
n
n
Delivering face-to-face training, workshops, webinars and 1-on-1 sessions
n
Training staff on AI tools and practical AI use
n
Training users across Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365, including advanced functions
n
Supporting users across business applications and internal systems
n
Providing training and support across document management and practice management systems
n
Creating training guides, FAQs and other user documentation
n
Troubleshooting user issues and escalating technical problems where required
n




Supporting new technology and system rollouts
n
Gathering user feedback and working with technology teams to improve adoption
n
n
About you
n
We're looking for someone with a background in technology, software or IT training who is confident working with both technical and non-technical users.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Strong experience delivering
technology/software
training
n
Excellent communication and presentation skills
n
Valuable Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 knowledge
n
User support and troubleshooting experience
n
Experience creating training materials and documentation
n
Knowledge or practical experience with AI tools
n
A friendly and patient approach to working with users
n
n
Desirable: Legal or professional services experience, FileSite, Aderant, iManage, LMS, legal technology, document automation or digital transformation experience.
n
This is a training and technology adoption role rather than a developer or traditional helpdesk position.
