John Holland is seeking a Contracts Administrator Assistant for the Inland Rail Illabo to Stockinbingal project. Based on site in Cootamundra, this permanent full time role supports the commercial team with tender packages, subcontractor negotiations, and cost control, working with engineers, procurement and subcontractors.

You'll review scopes, manage schedules, issue correspondence, monitor cost codes, and help prepare progress claims while applying John Holland policies.
