Job Description
CIA Services Group in Melbourne is seeking a working supervisor to lead a portfolio of client sites. You'll spend part of your week on the tools alongside your team and the rest leading, training and upholding quality standards.

You will supervise 8–12 Cleaning Specialists, run rosters, perform in office cleaning, and conduct quality audits. You'll fix issues on the spot and develop your team's capability through hands-on coaching.
