Job Description
Cooper McCullough Group is seeking experienced Civil Supervisors to join our team on Central Queensland projects. You will lead crews on mine site civil works, TMR/Council road construction, and stabilisation initiatives to ensure protected, efficient delivery and high‐quality outcomes.

Key duties include coordinating labour and resources, planning daily works, and maintaining strict safety and compliance across sites.
