About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and driven Club Manager to lead the day-to-day performance of our Anytime Fitness Padstow club.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on growing membership, delivering an exceptional member experience and developing a high-performing team.
You'll be responsible for building robust community relationships, driving sales performance and ensuring the club operates to the highest standards.
This is a full-time position requiring Monday to Friday availability.
Key Responsibilities
Drive membership growth through effective sales strategies, local partnerships and community outreach
Lead, coach and motivate a team to deliver outstanding member experiences




Build solid relationships with members and support retention through exceptional service
Maintain club presentation, cleanliness, safety and brand standards
Plan and execute local marketing initiatives to attract new members
Monitor club performance and contribute to achieving financial and operational goals
Create a positive, inclusive and high-energy club culture aligned with Anytime Fitness values
About You
We're looking for a confident leader who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven setting.
Previous leadership or management experience, ideally within fitness, retail, hospitality or a customer-focused environment
Strong sales ability and an understanding of customer service principles
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A passion for health, fitness and helping others achieve their goals
The ability to motivate a team and take ownership of club performance
A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong community mindset
