Job Description

Mind Australia is seeking an internal applicant for a Community Mental Health Practitioner to support youth in a residential step-up/step-down service in Logan. The role is fixed-term, part time (30 hours/week) to cover leave.

The Youth Step-Up Step-Down program serves young people aged 16–21, providing a recovery-focused setting as an alternative to hospital admission or a transition back to community living.
