Athleta Gymnastics is looking for a confident, energetic and organised Reception & Sales Team Member to join our growing team.
n
About Athleta

Athleta Gymnastics is a growing children's gymnastics club focused on creating a protected, positive and exciting environment where kids can build confidence, strength and skills.
n
Our reception team is a huge part of that experience. You'll often be the first person a new family speaks to and play an important role in welcoming families, growing our membership and keeping the club running smoothly.
n
The Role
n
No two shifts are exactly the same. You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Welcoming and assisting families
n
Responding to phone, email and online enquiries
n
Following up leads and trial bookings
n
Helping families find the right gymnastics program
n
Converting enquiries and trials into new memberships
n
Managing bookings, payments and general administration
n
Providing excellent customer service to existing members
n
Keeping reception and customer areas clean,



organised and welcoming
n
n
Who We're Looking For

You're someone who is:

Friendly, confident and comfortable talking to people
n
Naturally enthusiastic and positive
n
Sales and results focused
n
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
n
Reliable and professional
n
Comfortable making phone calls and following up prospective members
n
A great communicator who enjoys being part of a team
n
n
Previous sales, reception, customer service or administration experience is highly regarded.

Essential Requirements
n
Successful applicants must hold:
n

Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
Current First Aid certification
n
Current CPR certification
n
n
