State Sport Centres Trust VICTORIA MSAC is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead outlet operations across SSCT venues. You will manage shifts, mentor staff, uphold food safety standards, and ensure exceptional guest experiences during major events and daily operations.

Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee service quality, POS transactions and stock control while maintaining RSA compliance and workplace safety. Weekend availability is required.
