Clough is seeking a Resourcing Advisor (Blue Collar) on a short-term contract to join the Perdaman team in our Perth office.
You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of skilled and semi-skilled labour for our high-volume construction project.The role involves managing postings in SAP SuccessFactors, building candidate pipelines, screening resumes, and coordinating mobilization and onboarding to meet project needs.
Travel to sites may be required.
