The Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program is a government-funded initiative that helps people aged 15+ develop the language, literacy, numeracy, and digital skills needed to participate confidently in further education, training, and employment.
As a Foundation Skills Trainer, you'll create engaging learning experiences that help participants build skills, confidence, and independence.
Working from our Gympie site, you'll support individuals from diverse backgrounds to overcome barriers, achieve their goals, and unlock new opportunities.
What You'll Do Deliver engaging foundation skills training to adult learners Facilitate face-to-face learning in a supportive and inclusive workplace Adapt training approaches and resources to meet varying learner needs Deliver LLND training aligned with RTO requirements and relevant standards Assess, monitor, and record participant progress and outcomes Foster learner engagement, confidence,
