This surgeon works in a unique and dynamic orthopaedic centre and has a growing practice. Potential for the role to grow for the successful candidate. Experience in medical reception is preferable.

About the role /n
You will be the administrative support for one surgeon and Practice Manager

Full-time position with an immediate start
/n
Office administrationincluding reception, taking patient bookings and enquiries
/n
Front desk reception duties and patient check-in
/n
Handling patient enquiries and correspondence
/n
Billing, invoicing and processing
/n
Maintaining accurate patient records and systems
/n
Clinic organisation
/n
Organising proofreading, formatting and electronic dispatch of correspondence
/n
Ability to work in multiple locations including St. Leonards and the SAN clinic
/n
Paperless based practice
/n
Flexibility with working hours
/n
Public transport nearby
/n
