About the Role /n
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in assisting injured claimants to achieve safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
Your holistic approach will help clients regain their functional performance and support a successful recovery journey. Working in a rapid-paced environment aligned with core values of quality, customer service, outcomes, and teamwork, your main responsibilities will include:

Managing cases and coordinating rehabilitation services
/n
Conducting worksite assessments and identifying return-to-work pathways aligned with recovery milestones
/n
Applying clinical expertise and injury management knowledge to perform assessments and facilitate client recovery
/n
Engaging with stakeholders such as insurance providers, medical practitioners, employers, and employees
/n
Implementing effective early intervention strategies
/n
Presenting case information and credible recommendations to stakeholders to support positive outcomes
/n
What You Need to Succeed /n
/n
A tertiary qualification and current registration with a relevant professional body (Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or Rehabilitation Counselling)
