What You'll Be Doing
As the first point of contact for our business, you will play an significant role in creating a positive experience for visitors, clients, and employees.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting visitors, clients and suppliers
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Assisting with general administration tasks
Supporting various teams across the business
Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area
Providing a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
