They provide efficient administrative support within the team and work closely with the Surgical Liaison Nurses to ensure patients are safely prepared for their elective procedure.Receive and process waiting list forms from specialist clinics, private rooms and other areas of St Vincent's within stipulated time frame as per DHHS Elective Surgery Access PolicyAccurately create, record and update the Waiting List Screen on Patient Administration System (PAS) as requiredContact patients and schedule admission for proceduresSchedule any appointments, that may include preadmission clinic, anaesthetic clinic, perioperative medicine unit (PMU) clinic and any associated investigations as requested by the SLN or unit1.
Waiting List Officer - Breast, Endocrine and Colorectal: permanent, full time 38 HPW2.
Waiting List Officer - Reliever Position: fixed term (until June ****), full time 38 HPW (Monday - Friday)3.
