We're looking for a Production Manager / Event Producer to work on the operational delivery of Ghost in The Rocks ****, a four-night festival across October 29 - November 1 at The Rocks, Sydney.
This is a permanent Sydney-based role starting October 6, ****.
You'll own logistics, supplier management, planning, compliance, and financial tracking.
This is a hands-on role.
You'll work alongside our Head of Production, manage contractors and sit in the operational decision-making loop.
You'll also support planning for our other activations as the year progresses.Key responsibilitiesLogistics: bump in - out and day-of deliverySupplier management: negotiating contracts, managing timelines, solving problems as they surfacePlanning: build schedules, risk mitigation, contingency planning, and detailed run-of-showCompliance: safety, accessible access, and regulatory requirementsFinancial tracking: Cost control, and reportingAbout youAt least five years' experience delivering large public events (festivals, concerts, outdoor activations,



or similar scale)Solid experience with event logistics and site managementStrong experience with supplier negotiation and contract managementStrong experience with health and safety compliance in public eventsStrong experience with budget management and financial reportingStrong experience with vendor and contractor coordinationStrong experience with Microsoft 365 and project management tools (Asana experience preferred but trainable)Comfortable with complexity, move fast, and don't panic when something breaks at 4pmOrganised but flexible with a can do attitudeCommunicate clearly across teamsAbout usBBR Group is a Sydney-based events and experiential agency.
