Technology and business stakeholders to strengthen assessment quality and consistencyTo be successful in this role:Significant financial crime experience within banking, with institutional or wholesale banking experience essentialStrong Line 2 experience providing financial crime advice, oversight and effective challengeDemonstrated experience developing or enhancing financial crime risk assessment methodologies and frameworksA solid understanding of inherent risk, control effectiveness and residual risk assessmentExperience supporting regulatory change, financial crime transformation or strategic capability uplift
